Thorough diagnosis - recommend blood test and took BP. V. pleasant doctor - unhurried.
Reception could have advised that appointments were running twenty mins late when I booked in. I was not able to make appt for blood tests.
- Could have staggered lunches?

To have to wait two wks for a blood test is unacceptable and should be improved.
